Shipping And Processing
We believe in faster and cheaper shipping rates and hence we provide our customers with free shipment on all orders with one of the world's fastest global shipment method through ePacket Services. We take a minimum of 12 days and a maximum of 60 days to complete our shipping process depending on the location of the receiver. Currently we offer all our customers with free shipping on all purchases from our store. We provide customers with Tracking ID for getting a correct estimate of their current order status. Our sellers require at least 2-8 days for processing, packaging, customizing and finalizing your order before shipping it to your address. We take full responsibility of the provided time frame for delivering your package to your destination address. We don't cover refunds and returns of packages or cancellation of order during the shipment process, although you have the full privilege to cancel your order and apply for a complete refund or replacement of the item received if in case the item is found to be faulty, damaged or not as described as shown on our web platform.
Refunds
We comply to our rules and regulations which states that, under any condition, if the package that you have ordered is not delivered within 72 days time limit or the item received is damaged or the item received is not as described as shown on our website Shopperwear.com, we are completely responsible for that error, under which we provide you with a complete refund, which should be applied within 7 days after receiving your package. Under any condition of refunds on damaged products or not as described products, the buyer is responsible for the total cost involved in return shipment back to our seller's address, we also expect our buyers to provide us with the Tracking ID during return shipment. After we receive the confirmation of package received by our sellers, we will instantly refund your total purchase amount into your Paypal account.
